Well Spring is just around the corner and some of our meds make our skin more likely to be damaged by sun light, even on a cloudy day. Some of you might want to consider sun glasses, sunscreen, a hat and a lite long sleeve shirt/blouse. Hey it's only my thoughts do what you want. For me, I don't need more problems on top of what I already have. Take care of yourselves. Suspender

 Wink HI suspender!

Great advice!  THANKS for the reminders!  I learned the hard way this past weekend.  Even though it was a bit cloudy, I got too much sun and I felt "wierd" as I call it.  I can describe it close to a post-ictal period, so yeah, ick.

Also everyone, keep in mind depression meds can also cause issues with sunlight so be sure to take good care!

I'm on so many meds, I should be able to generate my own sunlight!

Slap on that sunscreen, and don't forget the tops of your ears, back of the neck and nose.  And for crying out loud, drink plenty of water.
